Fund a Child
Support the Voice Lesson Scholarship Fund for Students of Color. Qualifying students will receive partial and full scholarships for voice lessons, piano lessons or music recording sessions to further develop their artistry. In addition to preparing students for auditions and performances, this type of confidence building, joy enhancing, stage presence empowering experience can benefit their lives both personally and professionally.
The Scholarship Fund was created by Music for Unity and Social Change founder Elisa Sciscioli. Her private voice lesson studio is located at Southside Community Center, a non profit organization dedicated to celebrating African-American culture. Vocalist Elisa Sciscioli and piano teacher/recording engineer Jon Petronzio will be working with scholarship recipients. Students are referred by Southside Community Center, GIAC and the Ithaca City School Staff. Or contact Elisa to apply: firstname.lastname@example.org
